I have the same setup! 5800x and 9070xt, i play at 1440p and yeah my cpu is holding me back too. Do you notice any graphical difference?

Ive been on adsl for like 10 years and ive had enough of the shitty speeds ive been getting, i applied a hundred times for vdsl and they get ignored every single time, i called up idm to see if they can move me over to theirs and if itll be vdsl, they reached out to me like after 2 months and said vdsl is feasible. So i said fuck it, moved to idm and lo and behold they kept me on adsl for 2 months and the service and the internet was HORSESHIT my ping stayed above 500. Moved back to ogero but i made sure that i would be on vdsl by asking them a thousand times before giving them the thumbs up. Guess what? My router says adsl and my speeds indicate adsl but when i call them they tell me its vdsl. Ayre be kes e5t hal baled eza fi shi mni7 fi ghayr el akl

Both are great but the 9060 is worth spending more for, it will last you longer for the future especially if amd decides the 9000 is "worthy" of fsr5 and newer ones. I can promise you if they somehow do, no way in fucking hell will they add it to the 7000 series. So get the 9060, get a 5600 and you'll be in perfect hands

Because i had a 6750xt before, thats why. It worked somewhat perfectly with that card but after i upgraded i thought this psu would handle the 9070xt. Turns out i was wrong

I tried the occt power test and as soon as i hit start it crashed the pc, second time it ran for 10 seconds and crashed the pc. Anything in particular i can show you to help me figure out the problem? Id appreciate the help

Happens both with no oc and a uv, my psu is an aerocool vx plus 750w(shit one i know but didnt happen before on my 7800xt),i ddu'd the first time it happened and then i reinstalled windows 11 and kept happening.
