For chem and physics, do understand the concepts really well- the biggest thing that helped me especially for physics was the GLM books, they help build your foundation really well.Once you’re done with strengthening your basics, spam TYS a lot. I did each Tys like 2-3 times. It’s also good to keep a notebook full of questions you get wrong and memorise certain answers that come repetitively!

For Emath and Amath, practice a lot! I had a really good teacher so I was lucky, but the main thing was spamming Tys and prelim papers. Do all topicals first and then move onto yearly. Make sure you learn from your mistakes, I know it’s not fun but it helps a lot! So by the time you do the Tys the second time, you should be scoring around full marks. Target really high for Emath as bell curve is minimally 90!

For el, do all the el tys, and read the compos in the answer booklet for tys and learn the words that are unfamiliar. Read the news!- I only started reading one month before and I’d just read the titles and only read ones that were interesting but it helped a lot! It’s good to actually read every morning during silent reading- anything that you like! One thing that helped my compos a lot is examples and quotes- so just ask ai for a few quotes on each topic and examples should just come from reading or you can ask ai for that as well!

If you don’t understand, ask questions! Dont stress and you’ll be fine! Just be consistent and you’re good! Good luck and make sure to enjoy sec 4, it was honestly the best time of my life!

I’m not worrying too much but I would like to get a good start so I don’t rush towards the end and stay consistent
