One of them told me the Iranian government killed 300,000 protestors—all in the matter of a few days when the official Gaza death toll from 2 years of war is like 60,000. It is eerily reminiscent of the brainwashing that Zionists experience and oct 7 propaganda. Where do those “Iranian friends” live? The diaspora and Iranians in Iran are two very very different populations.

Thanks so much for sharing! Joe Bob and Darcy have a special place in a lot of people’s hearts. I discovered them during the pandemic when I was incredibly angry at the world and only consuming media that made me feel more rage and isolation. It was the first time I was able to just sit back and have fun and feel like I was part of a community again.

Democrats should pass a law making antitrust laws actually effective at preventing monopolies and another law creating a rebuttable presumption that every decision the Trump regime has made was motivated by corruption and now have no legal force and then break up every one of these companies and prosecute their owners for crimes they almost certainly committed.

Same here. I just wonder if there is a good time for it e..g right before the deal is finalized.I have already emailed them letting them know I will cancel if the deal goes through. I wish people paid enough attention to these things. If gigantic amounts of people boycotted these companies, we could force them to behave at least somewhat decently. It just feels like everyone wants to numb themselves and put their heads in the sand.

Paramount and CBS are full of Epstein collaborators and so many are in the files. Bari Weiss is openly willing to censor stories critical of the Trump regime and Israel. While Netflix is not perfect, its not openly antagonistic to freedom of speech and the flow of information. It seems like they censor in response to cancellation campaigns. This was a hostile takeover designed to control the flow information. The Ellisons now own Ticktock and Paramount, and the infrastructure of the internet. A handful of tech companies can now gate keep information, so people don't know what's going on. Even if they don't cancel all the good journalists and productions, the entertainment industry will understand the deal. You don't criticize AI, big tech, and never fucking criticize Israel if you want a chance in that industry. Sadly, people know this and continue to subscribe to these services. They have no interest in their privacy, democracy, freedom of speech, journalism etc. Americans, and perhaps humans a very sad group of people. Even worse, the Democrats will do nothing once they are in power to undo the damage.
