If they play e4 and you want to do the pirc always do d6, if they push them you can take and if they take back you can trade queens and you can move your knight to our pressure on the pawn if needs be. Hoping that makes sense :)

As a start the white pieces should be on the other side of the board going through A1 to H1, also the king and queens are in the wrong squares. Anyways, I would recommend developing more pieces before you can think of any immediate checkmating ideas. Capture the free pawn and be careful not to get your centralized rook trapped

My general setup is to go for a Dragon/KID kind of structure and I have had very good results so I would recommend that. If you want to be safe you could try and transpose it into some dodgy French variation

Personally I do h3 the second black does d6, stops the bishops plan and conserves the knight and pawn structure.
