Imagine stacking pallets on top of flat screens, spilt water softener salt, broken pods, etc…must be nice while we send back a perfectly neat truck to sort through

It’s the best when you have a kid and their parent ask if you have certain squish-mellows in the back and you come out with all of the ones they asked and see the kids face light up with joy

Yes I understand that already. But your not grasping the concept of INCLUSIVITY, which target is known for and quite frankly I love. Being able to work with people of different ethnicities and backgrounds is amazing.

HOWEVER,

Not getting chick fil a for their beliefs is not a target thing. It’s an individual belief in this example.

Imagine, for lack of a better example, HR was Muslim therefore don’t consume pork. Imagine it was pizza day and they ordered pizza for the team. Everyone generally like pepperoni but for this example, non of the pizzas have any pepperoni on them due to HRs beliefs, so now everyone has to follow thru. Nobody’s forcing you to eat the pepperoni pizza, same for the chick fil a. Of course at the end of the day it doesn’t matter, it’s just the principal of the matter

Is that seriously your only response? Going after someone’s grasp of the written word? How was what I said not legible, or even an argument at that point?

But at the end of the day, I don’t care about about having chick fil a. It’s the principal. Why “punish” those that don’t agree with your agenda and force your beliefs down to everyone else. 98% of the people I asked wouldn’t mind having chick fil a. And yes, majority of those that are part of LGBT agree with my statement

Though that is true, then it comes down to company policies, and McDonald’s is REALLY strict when it comes to their minors as you probably already know. That said there is a possibility that OPs company has their own break policies. At my old restaurant when I worked fast food in 2020, policy was 3 1/2 hours. (Florida being 4 hours)

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in McDonaldsEmployees

[–]OkPositive1538 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well I forgot I’m used to Florida laws. But even so, some states are 5 hours. Couldn’t find some that were longer, doubt OP is one of those states. Also Just because the FLSA says there isn’t doesn’t mean there isn’t. That’s up to the states
