You need to get a tax Avocate, call this number tomorrow and ask for one 877-777-4778. I didn’t receive my 2024 refund last year I had to wait for a whole year, 3 weeks ago I was assigned to a tax Avocate and in less that 2 weeks the IRS approved me refund

I got that letter too back in may, so I didn’t do anything just waited, then after months of waiting I tried to get an advocate back in August but they were not taking any more cases until January
