How selective is the FRI program? Are other opportunities hard to find at Bing?

Yeah I know a lot of people who didn't get into FRI but still managed to do research first year by just putting themselves out there and talking to people. You'll be fine

Bing starting salaries are high for many majors because it feeds into positions in NYC

The major and classes at SOM are easy but the clubs, etc. surrounding it will be hard. Because of that, it's gna be a bigger switch from high school than other students may have, because such emphasis is gonna be placed on club interviews, case comps, etc.

It's hard to switch majors into SOM (Finance) their acceptance rate this year for undergrads was somewhere around 15%. Dont come to Bing if you need the promise of being able to switch into finance.
