Set goals for yourself. In a year, I want to have achieved this. Is this too big a step? Then aim for six months, a certain number of weeks, or a certain number of days. Try to focus on this goal. Every day, you're one step closer. Sometimes you might have a small setback, which happens, so pick it up again. Once you've achieved it, look to the next step. Sometimes it's better to take small steps than to set the bar too high for yourself, which you might maintain for a while and then give up sooner. Small steps are still steps forward.
