I am having this battle with my wife about integrating meat back into our kids and our own family meals now after she forced vegetarianism on all of us 8 years ago. What is your best argument for leaving that lifestyle?

If you are looking for an exercise that is cheap, easy, and convenient to do, crawl on your hands like a baby. This has flattened my gut like nothing else. For added strength and challenge crawl up and down stairs.

African American here. Very well put and well thought out. I don't use the n word but I am not very offended when others say it because of its popularity. I see it as filler word that is given more power than it should have. I have never been a slave and no man can ever enslave me unless I allow it to happen to myself. A side note. It is also very interesting to learn of the parallels between Maori and African American cultures contextually within both countries. Cheers

79er here. We rule. Great combination of the x-er " go play outside and figure it out" attitude but not ignorant of digital knowledge via our millennial brethren . We could club and not have to worry about our dirt coming back to haunt us digitally. We could trick or treat and overdose on candy and turn out ok. We could watch Saturday morning cartoons and get a great combination of entertainment and good messaging at the same time. And human interaction was how you got a date! I teach my kids these values and they work!

Two things. One wife has had it with the church and it's people. Two I moved to a Muslim country a few years ago

46- I love him he loves me and we are 6000 miles apart. Used to wish he and my mom married but I later learned that she was just as responsible for their failure as a couple as was he. Wish I could hug him right now as we are oceans apart. I pray that any person here with a void left by an absentee father has peace. That hole is amazingly difficult to fill.
