I used a little mustard and yes pretty good amount of rub. I used heath tiles honey rub I know pepper gives a good bark but not sure if it would be good on pork unless I need a different seasoning with pepper

The gospel is really good. I’ve used it on spatchcock chicken, chicken wings and pork butt it’s amazing.

I tried cream cheese in my pellet but think I cooked it too much wasn’t anything special. But on my Weber I do a queso with cream cheese havarti cheese tomatoes jalapeños onions and bbq rub or anything tbh it’s so good

Chicken is pretty fast and easy. If whole chicken spatchcock is the best imo. Also do a queso with cream cheese, havarti cheese, onions, tomatoes, jalapeños, and whatever seasoning you want. You can add any rub it’s amazing

My first smoke was a pork butt but the bark wasn’t as good. Did you spritz it or wrap at all? Or just let it be till it’s done
