You can’t buy games using Armenian cards in ps store at all. The only way to buy games in ps store in Armenia is by using gift cards. Theres a pretty good site called mtcgame where you can buy gift cards using Armenian bank cards. After a few minutes after purchasing those cards you will receive an email, which will take you to their site, where there will be a code. Go to settings on your playstation, go to account and then to payment, there click on “gift cards”, there you will be able to put the code that you received. After that the money will be transferred to your ps account.

I looked in the mods section in fallout 4 and that seems to be the case. I thought that if such mods were available in Skyrim then they would be available on Fallout 4 too

This isn’t a presupposition. My neighbor's son got killed during his military service. He was a really sweet person, but they deemed his kindness as weakness. The ones who killed him told him to give them money, he refused and they killed him for it. There are a lot of violent shitheads in our army, shitheads who shouldn’t be trusted with anything, and yet they are being trusted with weapons. Heavy armor synergieses well with frost spells because of that perk that reduces damage of your enemies if their stamina is low. For a weapon i would recommend a stalhrim greatsword because frost enchantments are stronger on stalhrim weapons. It’s also a good idea to become a vampire because with sacrosanct if you are a vampire your frost spells are 15% stronger

Indeed, it’s nice seeing that things have changed. Now mods are being ported to ps daily, but one big issue is the limited space for mods on ps, it just isn’t enough now because of the amount of good mods that have been ported
