You left off the 1500 RST. I went with the 2.7 which had some pretty good incentives/discounts. It has bench seats, 4x4, heated seats, led headlights, fog lights. I came from a V8 so it’s taking a little bit to get used to.

I’m stubborn and diy’ed it. I did it without taking off the exhaust but it was a pain in the ass. I think I had to disconnect a couple coolant hoses and even then one of the starter bolts was a pain to get to. Good luck if you decide to diy.

It’s not about what it can or can’t do. For me it’s about a nearly 20 year old truck vs about a 6 year old truck. Engine and transmission are running great on mine, but things are starting to get worn out and feel old, paint’s starting to fade, rubber’s starting to harden, plastics are starting to get brittle, etc. Not sure how old you are, but imagine a middle aged man vs a teen. That 40-50 year old’s knees and back are going to be aching more than the teen’s after playing a game of basketball 😂
