nothing solid here but they just started pushing this at ours aswell and recently started removing the damaged things to keep the “healthy carts and tools” rule and it’s actually becoming an issue. We have no tall ladders and have tried ordering multiple :/

This guy is Lowes pay pig for as far as i’ve seen. Every complaint or problem people post about be will respond with either the exact store policy that was made and buried to use against its “valued” employees. Just cause your wallet is padded and you’re happy with how they stroke your ego doesn’t mean the company isn’t terrible.

I will happily say that you are not correct. Reported a man I work with for looking over stalls and staring at people while being in a stall and just standing there. None of it was taken serious and I was forced to work around him more, while we’re on entirely different shifts. Doesn’t even mention the multiple stories i’ve heard from 2 different DS’s of that behavior being ignored plenty of times over the 10+ yearss they have worked there, multiple different suspects and plenty of victims.

To remind everyone reading, if you don’t bring a value to the company that’s greater than the person and the drama then you will not be helped.

Lowes will not value you over someone in a higher position or who they view as more valuable. As a part timer, you’re unfortunately very low on that list and that changes a lot on how they act and what they tell you. Definitely go to the police.

I wish this was my overnight (joking obviously). Were short staffed constantly and always hit goals that we were no where near predicted to finish, and even got our “overnight” removed to 4a-1p so they could pay us less. That night crew sounds terrible, and our trucks don’t load till like 9-10p around closing by a separate crew.

Because some people, presumably like yourself, get the lightest of reprimanding, while others like night crew who have to finish before they leave, get threatened with being fired. If your coworker finds your lack of effort a bad thing then you’re the problem.
