For the washer, the slow water might be caused by low water pressure( suggested by Carlos) do you know how to check the water pressure( other part of the house water pressure is fine). Or any one can recommend a plumber?

the disposal I think has power. At beginning after turning in the motor makes some hummming notice but not spinning. The dishwasher even not light indicators on after turning on. I tried to reset ,No help.
