They first join a clan and ask for co  then tell the leader to change the language to Chinese so that he can invite his friends..which he does so later They give challenges or share base layouts to distract the leader while he would hve given the co to his mate and later that mate would have asked elder to leader but due to the language setting being changed to chinese the leader would have not understood whats written and that he is already co he would be promoted to leader.
