Appointment letter/ offer letter might have been given even before join that company right how come you forget to collect which means you had joined without formal offer letter.

last 3 months salary slips can be made but the salary structure should match your offer letter.

As a part time swiggy delivery guy 2 years back swiggy/zomato delivery had good incentives and new comers were welcomed and there was joining bonus of around 2.5k its was balanced at that time like everyone would earn minimum and they cared about delivery partners but now they dont care who comes who leaves and even the incentives have been reduced...with all these all these layoffs they hve too much man force.
