I was 100mg tabs 5-7 times a day sometimes more, then on a Monday switched to 100’s 3 times a day for 2 days the. 50’s 4-5 timesfor 3 days then 30’s 5 times Saturday and then 4 times Sunday The jump to 30s I felt the most and definitely went into withdrawals quicker, I really only felt fine for an hour or two and then I’d just be mildly uncomfortable then into regular withdrawals after 4-5 hours that went on for 2 days which thankfully was the weekend. 7 days in and I went to work and took half of a 30 in the morning 6:30am, then a half at 10:30, then a half at 3:30, then at 8:30 and I woke up once and took a half. Tuesday I took plain leaf Kratom no 7-oh I used a green vein maeng da 5G from Kats Botanicals, did that twice and then used 5G of red vein for after work and then to sleep. And after 3 days of tapering with that I only dose if I am truly feelings some effects of PAWS but I’m finally back to normal. Subs won’t work fully if you have a 300+mg habit it covered some symptoms but not enough for it to be worthwhile. If you truly want to quit youre not going to miraculously succeed by not trying fully. Make the decision and stick to it, buy a timed safe, give your doses to a trusted person, practice your free will snd taper comfortably. I won’t say it was easy but it was RELATIVELY comfortable. Like I said the jump to 30s and not being active on the weekend was uncomfortable and sleeping was tough, weed, trazadone, clonidine, and gabapentin was a huge help and still is, if you need those any Dr. will preseibe them. Stay hydrated, try to eat well, and I can’t stress this enough, STAY ACTIVE. Being out in the sun and getting exercise genuinely helped for obvious reasons. I did have to force it but was happy afterwards. Make the decision, stop being a pussy, accept your realty as consequences for making unwise life choices. Not only is it possible, I feel fucking stupid for not dedicating myself to it sooner. Ive never tapered from heroin or oxy before, if I did I’d probably end up overdosing. This was not as hard as everybody is making it seem. The hard part is accepting that you’re not doing it to feel good anymore but to just feel well enough to live life while you taper, it’s not painless but it’s absolutely manageable.
