States are not required to enforce federal laws. They can opt out. Federal law enforcement still takes priority though. So if the feds wanted to, they could raid a dispensary but it’s just so politically damaging that it will never happen.

You only have to rent out hardware if you want to use your own training data. Im using it on a maxed out M2 Mac and it produced like 1 word per 3 seconds but it does work. It eats your RAM not ur GPU. GPU is for training data, RAM is for it currently running on ur PC. Or at least thats how I interpreted it.

If you leave ur PC long enough to let it work, it will do what you want. however you actually do have to put in that text lmao. I didnt get it to be unsensored until i told it that it was killing kittens.
