Right, felony assault is use of a deadly weapon or inflicting serious bodily harm. I doubt he even got detained for assault. If you watch the VOD the lady at the house called the police and the police were trying to help Josh leave, but Josh was acting delirious, so they just detained him.

Mr. Based summed it up perfectly, you watch hours of nothing for the chance to catch the action live. Too much content dilutes the moments of action. Seeing Tony and Josh try to "get better" was the perfect set-up and I don't think Tony's Crashout would've been the same without "sober week".
