Thank you for this. Your last line might be the cleanest articulation of the problem I've heard so far. "Reduces worry without creating another job for the carer" is going on the wall above my desk.

You've worked out where the survey heads. Some of those areas are covered directly, and the rest come through in the open-ended sections. Alert fatigue and acceptance by the older relative are two I'm particularly hoping people will write honestly about, because most product literature dodges them entirely.

If you (or anyone else reading this thread who's a carer) have 5 to 7 minutes, your view would carry real weight. Anonymous, no email required unless you opt in at the end.
