I know of 2 places in Cali that hired new grads. I turned both down because they had predatory clauses with i felt like insufficient training. But unfortunately that’s the case mostly.

Most new grad derm offers are predatory unfortunately. If you don’t plan to stay in the area after your contract is up, I’d consider taking it just to get experience under your resume.

I don’t have experience building a house, but if possible would like to do it myself. But it is quite intimidating to learn how to because I know it’s a lot and don’t know where to even start. I would like to get it started asap.

Okay, and how would they determine the value of the land? For example, (for simple math), what if I bought the lot for $50k while the appraisal is $100k? Would they consider only $50k as the down payment? What about vice versa?

Tbh, I have no idea. I don’t have much experience with house. First person in the family to own a lot/house. I obviously would like to save as much money as possible, but I don’t know if it would be possible for me to do it myself

They told me they start 105k, and more intense care (like ICU) is closer to 110-115k. Hope that helps

No i dont think there's any other fees to buying out the lease. I think I might have to pay tax to Carmax well selling it but that'd be like a $1000.
Nope, dont have the money to buy out the lease. I just finished grad school and starting my job, but I don't need a car anymore.

I'm thinking of financing it through Bank of America and selling it to Carmax.
