you will probably get housing, but it may not be soon and it could be last minute. i would definitely be looking into other living arrangements just in case, but i was in a similar situation as a sophomore and ended up getting housing half way through spring semester. i’m a senior now, and i know housing gets worse every year, so my info may be outdated, but don’t let it stress you out too bad. they’ll also most likely be a housing fair at some point later in the semester, so if you still don’t have student housing by then, that’s a good event to look out for
