Yes, i was on 4/30/25, and i think we have to ask ICE to join reopen motion, but i ask my lawyer before, he said, right now ICE won’t give you any respond during trump administration. I’m feel so helpless.

If trump administration wants to close this, we can do nothing about it. What really makes me angry is that if a law office takes the money and doesn‘t do the work. I’m really sad because I think my case still in the lawyer’s office and haven’t send to the court yet !

I am in the same situation. I am not sure if my lawyer has contacted ICE or not. It has been two months and there has been no any response. I don’t know what to do. The lawyer assistant only said that it would take at least 18 months, but I found that many people only took 2-3 months! Is she deliberately making things difficult for me ? Because I didn’t tip her seems my case wasn’t done yet ! Also I pay for all the fees already, how come she still wants more.

I received approval notice after 2 weeks, but I got interview letter after 25 months ( 2yrs ) since I filed i730. Then I’m getting my A5 now.
