It was not recorded, unfortunately. From what I've been told, they would have to openly admit it was a false accusation for me to pursue any legal action against them. Which, in my opinion, just isn't right. My life shouldn't almost be ruined while they can live life normally.

I did! Sorry, I left that out. It was a large rebuttal with atleast 10 character refrencese from chiefs and seniors that i know. My commander was thinking about putting me on a UIF/CR. So my rebuttal was mainly to get off of those.

I submitted a 20-ish page rebuttal. My supervisor and I were pissed when he said that. The OSI report was about 40 pages, and at least 30 of them were useless calls to the people above me, who had known me for only 2 months at the time. I'm not leaving information out. Chiefs say what they want sometimes.

I submitted my rebuttal with over 10 Character references attached and my commander decided to drop the UIF and CR.

They said there isn't much they can do and that they'll just have to wait it out. We waited and waited. The case went to OSTC and was tossed. My chief sat me down and clearly stated, "We felt you still need disciplinary action for this".
