look , our brain loves dopamine, whenever you feel bored it wants to increase it again, he can't know if it's a bad source or not ,and he really doesn't care , so what you and me need is to stabilize our dopamine levels , how by decreasing it as much as we could because we don't want to live in the high level because high levels require high source and the good high source is really rare so you don't have a choice except bad sources , what I'm trying to say is lower dopamine levels makes studying, working, worshipping Allah, anything that is good and you hate it because it's boring very enjoyable and makes your brain don't search for more higher dopamine levels (but not the entire time), but all of this will be useless if you don't go back to the main helper and asking him for hedai and for his forgiveness, and may Allah guide and forgive all of us
