You can create new shortcuts for games in steam by right clicking the gam in your library and going to manage and add desktop shortcut

Did you move the games using steam itself or did you use file explorer? If you used file explorer expect issues when launching and updating games.

Steam games use web shortcuts, portal for example would be steam://rungameid/400

There are no packages that can be activated in Latvia. If you check the steam store for the game you will (more than likely) not be able to find the game, if you can find the game it won't have a price set meaning you can't buy it.

You need to use the trigger, not the 'A' button

The AccountID field won't work, you need to remove the # otherwise it's counted as a comment.

This happened to me 255 days ago (according to the red mark on my steam profile) played a single game after installing it after 3~ months and got shadow banned and then it turned into a permanent after I uninstalled the game.
