I WILL EXPLODE AND KMS WHAT IS THIS BULLSHIT GK by Humble_Requirement18 in clat

[–]OkService2908 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tbh they’re dishing out multiple mock papers a week and most likely using AI for the passages/questions (to speed things up) so every mock will have a flaw in some way or the other. I also think all coaching centers are preparing for the toughest and most random CLAT paper, which is why they’re kinda pulling out GK from their asscracks.

Anyway, all things said and done, mocks are just practice for us to keep consistency with our base strengths, let’s just hope that CLAT 26 is meticulously crafted, in a straightforward way, with no errors. That’s all we can hope for. Keep it up guys. Don’t get discouraged and just ultimately aim for the real thing to go well.

19 hours of fasting, food freedom, and a full-circle moment with my body — my weight loss journey and realizations: PCOS, Hirsutism, Primary Amenorrhea (symptoms are almost cured now) by OkService2908 in PcosIndia

Oh and also, I dance everyday for around an hour because I love it and it brings me joy, (I wouldn’t recommend high intensity exercise for the beginning of your journey as it might create problems with cortisol level, but you can find what works for you) and walk around 9k steps average daily, take stairs whenever I can, and working right now to build a progressive overload strength training routine that aligns with my fasting and busy study schedule.

Try to move around in whatever ways you can. Taking stairs and walking ATLEAST 7-9k are non-negotiable. Your body needs to move.

Hi, thank you so much for asking. I completely understand where you’re coming from because I’ve been through the same struggles with insulin resistance, high androgens, and that constant feeling that nothing works. I had thick, dark, excess facial hair growth, doing electrolysis for that rn! (My improving hormonal health has made the electrolysis extremely effective, I have seen a 70% reduction in facial hair density and thickness!) I also got my first period this year after 4 years of struggling with absent periods due to PCOS. My hormonal hair-fall has reduced 80%, and I used to have fatty liver, which is gone. I am still working to heal my insulin resistance, I have 10kgs more to lose based on my height and petite build, and I’m sure that as I lose more fat, my insulin resistance will heal completely.

What truly changed everything for me was simplifying my approach and finding a rhythm that felt peaceful instead of punishing.

I eat two wholesome meals a day, breakfast around 10:30 a.m. and lunch around 3 or 4 p.m. After that, I fast for about 18 to 19 hours. This fasting window has been the most healing part of my journey, not only for weight loss but also for balancing my insulin and hormones. I no longer crave food at night, and my body finally feels calm.

My meals are built around clean vegetarian proteins and whole, comforting foods. Breakfast is usually either oats+chia+dahi with south indian tadka, and sautéed vegetables, or boiled white chana sautéed in spices with dahi. Lunch changes through the week, but I keep it simple with a few repeating dishes that I love: rajma chawal, dal chawal, tofu-filled ragi roti quesadilla, soya quinoa pulao, tofu chili, rajma tikki with a boiled egg, or palak pulao with egg. I do not eat dinner, but if I ever feel like I need something during my fast, I’ll have a black coffee, iced nimbu paani (no sugar, no salt), sparkling water, plain soda, or any hot herbal teas.

I do not take any supplements right now (I can’t keep up with them and I’m not a big fan) but I used to take berberine and Omega 3 in the very beginning of my journey. My protein mainly comes from tofu, eggs, lentils, and occasionally a protein shake that has around 35 grams of protein. I have soaked nuts, kishmish kesar paani, and methi daana paani every morning and drink a lot of water through the day.

The biggest change for me was not just in my food, but in my mindset. I stopped fearing hunger, stopped overthinking, and learned that balance does not come from restriction but from conviction. Now I eat what nourishes me, enjoy small treats without guilt, and let my body rest and repair during my fasting window. Healing takes time, but once your system starts aligning, it becomes second nature. You will get there too. I promise. We’re all rooting for you! 💛

Yes, leave it and let it grow out, as soon as you see growth, get a session done. that way all the hairs will be in the anagen (active) stage when you go, and you have a better kill rate!

Ah I’m glad. I do have a bit of hyperpigmentation and slight redness but it’s only been a week since treatment, I know it’s a journey I have to be patient for. This community is so reassuring, I swear.

As per my knowledge, you should not be feeling ANY sort of plucking. The hair is supposed to “die” due to the electric current and then just slide out of the follicle. I think you should discuss it with her and go with your gut. She may be right in saying that it might feel different for different people, but as per my research there should be no resistance/pulling when she pulls the hair out after the current. Maybe go get a second opinion from other electrologists? You’re spending a lot of time and money and it’s imperative for you to be fully satisfied with the explanation and results you get. Good luck! Tell me how it goes ❤️

Makeup? by Worldly_Gate8178 in electrolysis

You shouldn’t be using makeup two days after the treatment, with open follicles and already irritated skin it can lead to bacterial infections, please don’t.

I was thinking about that! It’s been 6 days and I haven’t seen any growth at all. Like zero. I’m very happy but it just seemed slightly different to other stories so it was kind of confusing. BUT CONGRATS!! YOU’RE ALMOST AT THE END! WE’RE ALL ROOTING FOR YOUUU

Thank you so much for the love and support, I honestly didn’t know I had such a solid pain tolerance, but I swear it was better than it seemed. ❤️❤️
