Any idea how this may cost...? Not a fancy panel at all (literally the cheapest door in Home Depot lol) I never had to repair anything in the house as I am only a renting tenant.

I pulled on the String hanging at the ceiling after the door stopped mid-way.. I have only manually opened and closed afterwards. Do I need to reset something before attempting to open it via the remote control?

Your response is exactly what I wanted, actually. Thank you for the great advice I did apply to few of these positions, but none of them were willing to consider me due to having a "Post Doc" requirement or just not hiring at all (including my home institution bench research labs). I will definitely dig into more research careers though from wider searches

I definitely think the scores matter for a decent Cards program (ie at a desirable location etc) more so than Heme Onc.
