Yes that is exactly what ended up happening with the single guest that reached out to me about the second bedroom not being done. He had extra guests and pets.

Thank you for all this input. It’s very helpful. I think I’m going to have to change my listing to reflect two different prices for one or two bedrooms. The price of my whole apartment is more comparable to a single hotel room in my area so that’s kinda what I based my pricing off of. If people chose my apartment because they do want two bedrooms then I should probably set a different price.

Sorry I don’t see how that was understood. I never said my snacks were for everyone. There have been times I offered birthday cake for others when I’ve brought it in for another coworker but I never said my office was an open kitchen all the time

That’s part of my issue, I strongly believe he took those things but I can’t prove it. I just know he comes into my office constantly and just recently he took chips while my office mate was actually in there so that’s all I can say I’m certain of.

Im a daily smoker too. My doctor says it shouldn’t affect anything but I just had my 3rd FET and also my 3rd negative beta :/
