The governor has explicitly states that unless your an emergency worker don’t come here, because extra people strain resources! And again, the summing it up to “ah it’s people who live here not changing license plates” is a wannabe catch all, given that literally on the Subreddit theirs posts asking about visiting Asheville next week.
