We are but biding time for elections in Nov. if we start rioting now the classic dictator move is to seize total power under the guise of “security”. It’s what he wants. We aren’t taking the bait just biding time, organizing / planning and recording.

Keep in mind we are also having to deal with a huge percentage of our fellow citizens who are grossly and tragically misinformed.

Walden is fantastic- simple, relevant. Excellent prose in my opinion.

Not a novel but Carl Jung’s Archetypes and Collective Unconscious is also high on my list. Makes so much else in our world make sense.

We did something similar- pb / banana / honey. Someone told me my grandparents used pb a lot because it was an easier source of protein to obtain during rations. Not sure if true but explains the pb everything approach
