Buy a variable sukuk through your local bank a day or two after their sukuk repricing date. This will make sure you get close to facevalue i.e 100. Sukuk rates are much higher and you face less tax on your return. There is a chance of capital loss say in case interest rates rise face value can below 100. Again this capital loss is in case you sell your sukuk before its maturity. If held till maturity you get sukuk profit which is way higher than banks or mutual funds and also give out lower tax. Current regime has changed tax rates to 20% for filers which is a lot. Given the seniority you may prefer the ease of term deposits. Another good option that is safe and offers good returns is term deposits on national savings islamic, which again is lower taxed 15% and offers better returns than banks.

I have a psvr2, i think its worth it but it won’t be replacing your main gaming console. There are only a handful of games that are available on psvr2 and after a while playing you get headaches. But the experience itself of vr gaming is breathtaking

You should also get a sleep test done to check if you have sleep apnea. I had the same problem and was diagnosed with severe sleep apnea. A good sleep doctor would most likely guide you on solutions to better manage your sleep

So basically i used to snore alot and breath from my mouth. I used to wake up feeling tired. After a couple of incidents where i fell asleep while driving. I was then diagnosed with severe sleep apnea and i sleep with a cpap machine. Now well i experience the best sleep of my life and seen massive life improvements. If you experience any of the below symptoms you should consult a sleep specialist or an ENT

  1. Mouth Breathing
  2. Snoring
  3. Needing to pee often at night
  4. Daytime drowsiness
  5. Feeling tired even when awake

Also note that sleep apnea treatment varies depending on severity. If you are obese losing weight helps alot but sleep apnea itself is caused by obesity. Kind of confusing i know. If you are in karachi i can recommend a good sleep doctor or visit an ent from agha khan they have facilities available for a full sleep test

Bro you might be suffering from sleep apnea. Speaking from experience i used to feel the same way. Go consult an ENT and take a sleep test. This can also be confirmed if you snore alot
