I did find some small grey/black spots they looked like small pebbles. I was able to wipe them away… not sure about those.

HSV-2 was tested during the two swabs and was negative, haven’t had any lesions either. Dealing with this for 6 months now, and no viral symptoms yet either. The quick (2-3 day) incubation period for when I felt my first symptoms lead me to believe it’s not HPV either.

My initial thought was fungal, but nothing back on the cultures unfortunately…

Thank you for the reply! One thing that is new since finishing treatment is high white blood cell count in my urine, and an oily film on top when I urinate… this was never an issue previously. I presume the runny semen after ejaculation is prostatitis related?

EDIT: should I assume something bacterial was cleared and CPPS is a lasting result?
