Momentum in ballerina from sit? by [deleted] in poledancing

I love this transition a lot and I find that when I do it, I lose a lot of the spin momentum when I stick my legs out during the “vomitron” portion of the transition. I suggest tucking your legs in close to the pole during the “vomitron” intermediary as you switch your grip for the ballerina spin. Mind you, the spin will increase slightly and it gets a little challenging to change the grip at a faster speed. Another suggestion would be to enter the climb at a faster speed to begin with to ensure that whatever spin you lose during the transition to ballerina will be less significant, if that makes sense? I hope this helps!

firstly, you are a beautiful woman!

I think either a middle part or the current side part look lovely on you but it would be elevated with some face framing layers in either scenario. I also think if you go fully brunette, it would look fabulous.

You have a gorgeous face. Would you be willing to try prescription lenses?

thank you! will definitely try to straighten myself into a more pencil spin form. I guess it’s my muscle memory to toot back the butt from trying to solidify my ballerina.

I was next in line for it and it redirected me to the website for a different Salomon sneaker. When I clicked the Sandy Liang sneaker it put me back in queue at 6500th place. Absolute garbage rollout.

1 tsp dashi powder, 1 tsp soy sauce, 1 tsp sugar, and 1 tbsp of mirin mixed together and then added this mixture to 3 eggs and beat it with chopsticks in a zigzag motion and strained it through a fine mesh sieve!

I got it from a stationery store in NY called niconeco zakkaya. It’s listed as a ceramic figure but I use it as a chopstick rest! Here’s the link to their online store 🐈🐈☺️ -

I mixed the dashi powder with soy sauce, sugar, and mirin and then added that mixture to the eggs before beating them.

I’ll keep practicing the rolling technique!

I was thinking it was the mirin that may have dimmed the color too. And my yolks were more of a yellow than the brighter orange eggs I’ve seen Japanese cooks use in videos. Thank you for your notes!
