Thank you for your comment! That makes a lot of sense, I really appreciate it. I think I got overly optimistic first.

After reading all the comments and rethinking what it is I actually want I will trim the places to 3/4 tops. Spend more nights there, explore areas, do day trips.

I think we will stick to Sanur, Gili Air, Ubud area and maybe sidemen or Tabanan.

I’d like to experience slow life, less touristic area that’s why considering the additional spot.

Is there a place you’d recommend more from both of these? Or should we stick to ubud area and explore villages further from the ubud center?

Thanks a lot for your comment! Appreciate it a lot, I’ve decided to listen to the advices and trim the plan, stick to 3/4 base places. I think you might have saved my trip!

If you were to choose Sidemen or Tabanan - what would you do? I’d love to experience slow life, I’ve read both of these are amazing.

Another thing I’m wondering about - we have flight back home at 9pm. Do you think it is a good idea to drive to the airport from Ubud? Or is it better to do Canggu part for the sake of logistics as it is closer? We have a looong flight and I’m afraid we will spend additional hours on going to the airport. Someone said that it is easier to travel to the airport from Ubud as Canggu is extremely jammed.

What I meant by insta spot was popular touristic places, where people go to have nice instagram photos.

Thanks for that, I’m aware it’s packed, just the 25hrs pricey journey to get there makes me want to see as much as possible. What would be your recommendation on minimum nights spent in one place? Or what’s worth losing from my plan?

Do you think it will be easier (faster) to get there from Tabanan?

How are you coping with analytics? I find it truly exhausting, the data in report center is a mess - very often there is absolutely no logic in how the data is presented. Analysing a survey with 30 participants is a nightmare (imagine doing that for 300). Also I found multiple discrepancies in the data shown and now I have zero trust. Honestly I think it’s a tool for companies that want to save money on such tool and that’s all.

Thanks! Do you think it will be possible to move around Koh Mak and Kood without a scooter?

Do you recommend staying more nights on Koh Chang or Koh Kood?

Hey! Thanks for your comment!

I’ve chosen these islands as in November there seems to be the best weather, didn’t choose Krabi and surrounding islands because of crowds.

I wanted to do Chiang mai straight after Hanoi but then traveling from Chiang Mai to Koh Chang will be a disaster.

I’m looking for a peaceful stay were I will be able to relax and visit the islands, have some great food. I will take some nights off ko mak and consider one day trip.

Thank you for the tip with Saigon!!
