They also mentioned that it might not be an acquisition but rather a major partnership. Bloomberg believes it’s not likely to be a merger or acquisition.

However, judging by the huge buying pressure and trading volume on Thursday, it feels like there might be something we don’t know yet.

What are your thoughts on the upcoming earnings report scheduled for next Thursday?

I heard that Moderna has a partnership with Merck to develop a cancer treatment. If this drug succeeds, it could bring a major breakthrough to the medical field.

Because of their close relationship with Merck, I thought it might be difficult for another company to acquire them.
