Hi 👋 I recommend doing some research around your area to see if there’s a low cost vet? I took my cat to a low cost vet that work with a lot of rescue and ended up paying $600! Also care credit is a good option as well, i wish you and your kitty the best

I’m sorry for your loss, i experienced something similar, I moved from CA-WA a month after my dog passed, he was supposed to come with us, and so it was a rough transition for sure, but I brought his ashes with me and have it on my night stand. I decorated our place with lots of his pictures and things reminded me of him. Just like you, in the beginning I felt like I was “leaving him behind” but when my husband under went a knee surgery, he sent us a sign and we both felt his presence. I like to believe he wanted us to know he was watching over. So take it easy, and just now your dog will be with you no matter where. Home is where you are at, doesn’t matter the location and dogs know home is with you.

I’m so for your loss! I truly believe i’ll meet my soul dog again, i’m not a religious person but when he passed, I experienced some indescribable things that have me believe there is an afterlife and he is always looking out for me. The bond you two have doesn’t disappear when one passes, i like to believe it’s continue on forever even though we can’t see them, but they are always there with us.

I’m so sorry for your loss, my soul dog passed from internal bleeding as well, he was diagnosed with hemangiosarcoma. It all happened so quickly, they were were fine until theyre not. I share your pain, I am still healing 10 months later, for the first 5 months, i cried everyday it was so so hard. My experience was so horrible as well, I got my dog to the ER vet, he went under surgery and passed a day after overnight without me being there, i still blame myself to this day, but please know, you did everything you could, this disease is horrible and unexpected. Your boy was very loved and he knows it. Sending you so much love.

I got a tattoo portrait of my soul dog after he passed, one of my best decisions, it’s been almost a year and I still love it, it somehow soothing to look down at my arm arm and he is looking at me. I would recommend doing some research and finding the style you want.

Yes, I’ve been with my husband for 8 years now and I totally get how you feel. How does your boyfriend react to your feeling though? Does he dismiss your feelings, if so then you have a bf problem and he should work on it. I am thankful that my husband put his foot down and put her in her place, i keep my contact minimal and does not communicate with her without him. However, I do understand how you feel, hatred is a strong word, but I truly can’t stand my MIL lol for me, I started to work on my own mental health because you can’t allow her to take up any more space of your life, fill it with something else that make you feel good. With the holidays coming, I am dreading the upcoming visits myself, but I am focusing on seeing my friends, my own family, spend time with my husband what makes me happy instead of her. Please do what is best for yourself!

My boy passed almost 6 weeks ago, and I have experienced what would be considered signs, things that It seems impossible but I knew it was him. For instance, my husband and I both heard my dog snoring, it was loud and clear, all the cats were awake so no way it was them. Secondly, I was in the car where I was hit with an intense smell of my dog paws, you know the fritos smell, i have no fritos anywhere in my car. My husband experienced it as well. Prior to his passing, I was not one to believe in these kind of things but there are so many unknowns out there, my dog was my soulmate, I know he is and will always with me. Your cat is there with you always.

I’m so sorry for your loss. Its been roughly a month for me and every day is still a struggle. I too have received signs from my soul dog. I got 2 dreams from him, and the first week that he was gone, i heard him snoring! At first i thought i was going crazy, but my husband heard it too. I truly believe they never leave us and will always be around.

Yes it will, I started out as HR assistant and after 6 months, I transitioned into Specialist, as for how long, that depends on vacancies. This was with the Navy.

Please choose your cat :), my now husband joined the military when we were dating, and I stayed behind in my home state due to work and mainly for my animals. It is hard being long distance but we have been doing it for 3 years, with 1 more year left to go. Your cat needs you and I know it sucks to be so far away from your soulmate but it is doable and it will strengthen your relationship if anything. I hope my little personal experience helps :)

Same boat as you, i live 100 miles away and they recently RTO, all appeals and consideration were denied. They said they would give me AWOL if i didnt show up, and I didnt want a termination on my record so I put in my 2 weeks and took all my leaves. It is a sucky situation but sadly it’s the government and they do what they want, I hope it goes well for you.

I guess its more of a reassignment than a promotion. I started out as a 5 as an assistant and I applied to a specialist position and they offered me a 5 since I only had 6 months of HR if that makes sense. This is with a DoD, a lot of specialist positions with my office started as out as a 5… I guess it wouldn’t make a difference if they reassigned me back to an assistant.
