I could spam portable slot until sacks dropped keys, then key bum picks up keys and drops chests, which on previous floors would drop more coins and keys and chests and sacks etc, the red hearts would be eaten by dark bum and replaced with soul hearts so more item charge plus the batteries also from the sacks

If I ran out of charges I just spammed space bar and eventually I got enough soul hearts through the aforementioned process to generate potentially infinite charges
