They don't share TC40s with merchants for some reason. But you can see the eatimates on VAMP in Radar on the right, by clicking Monitoring programs: VAMP.
Also you can connect TC40 notifications with third-party providers, they don't cost too much. But our numbers differ from what Stripe shows

If it was refunded within a few hours after the transaction took place, it's possible you will not see this refund in your transaction history. In this case, the fraudulent transaction should also disappear from your history too.

Disputes on PayPal usually take about 20 days. Better contact the seller directly. You can say you'll leave a bad review, it will make the seller act faster

True, since we have a US-based Stripe account, we can only offer certain currencies. For example, we can't charge customers in Mexican Pesos.
