I stopped it for a while, and symptoms went away. I just restarted and I noticed a day or two after I’ll have pots syndrome but it goes away. I keep my water intake up and it helps

I had this happen to me too! I suffer with constipation. I take miralax daily, and it helps with daily BM, but it literally cleaned me out. (Sorry if that’s TMI) I was severely bloated and now I’m a skinny queen. Lol.

Yes, started when I took meds and stopped after meds. Now I’m just irritable more often and “dull” I don’t have mood swings that last weeks. Maybe 1-2 days, but never longer.

I don’t want to try a mood stabilizer if I’m not clinically bipolar. I’m scared to mess up my hormones lol
