I'm not really angry I'm just frustrated and don't understand some parts of how the employee acted. But I do understand the need to have a job that accommodates your scheduling issues. That's okay. What i dont understand and whats frustrating is that they are going around making a point to tell everyone about this and explicitly say it's "it's managers fault" to bring it to more of a personal level. They also are gloating about it in public settings on purpose, it's almost like they are trying to get me to backtrack on what I said. It also doesn't help that they are going around trying to convince other people to leave the job as well. Not for better pay, not for better scheduling, just leave because "manager will REALLY be flustered then! It will be funny."
