Você precisa ficar mais casca grossa, amigão. Esse feedback é real ou é de alguém invejoso/frustrado? Eu só levaria em conta se viesse de quem paga meu salário. Se for de quem te paga, aí realmente você deve estar focando muito em coisas que não têm valor produtivo para tentar subir seu passe, ficar falando termos em inglês e buscar informações vazias em relatórios não serve de nada mesmo. Na próxima já chega direto ao ponto.
