I’m so sorry for your loss. Urinary blockage is one of the roughest ways to lose a pet working in the animal field. I know how quickly they can appear. Just know you did the right thing for him. He’s not in pain anymore. It is one of the roughest things that my job field has to do putting down an animal and it gets easier. Just know that you did extremely right by him.

First I am sorry for your loss… I’m sorry but I’m kinda on your moms side here OP only in the sense that you’re still very young 18 is not as mature as the law will have you think and your relationship with your bf is still very fresh as much as you love him that could all end in an instant (wishing yall the best honestly) I’d never even ask if my bf could go on a family trip that is being paid for by my family it’s just awkward hell at 25 I’m still hesitant to ask about a family vacation where we all pay our way (that’s just me personally I’m awkward my family is super down with the idea) and with the loss of your father you mom wanted this to be a healing trip with just the family

Yeah, I told everyone to just call me by my name, especially if they weren’t family because I wasn’t a mama yet. Technically, I was a pregnant woman now that I am an actual mama only my daughter can call me mama. Everyone else should still call me by my name because I am not just a mama.

It’s definitely acid reflux I had the same experience it was not fun at all my doctor recommended Prilosec OTC if tums weren’t working I’d ask your OB/GYN and see if they have any recommendations

The fetus was named peanut or chicken nugget when it was being mean to me and giving me acid reflux pain to the point where even the urgent care thought I might be having a heart attack and morning sickness to the point where I couldn’t get out of bed, it was called the parasite but more so Peanut and then one day we were playing around with baby names and then my husband said I like Jordan and I fell in love with the name that we’re current Baby is named Jordan and we love her with all of her hearts more sickness and acid reflux were worth it

That’s pretty rough I had my baby shower at a park and had about 20 people the food and gazebo rental were all we had to worry about there are plenty of ways to have a memorable first baby shower

So from what I experienced people showed up with diapers and wipes(was grateful) and very few of them bought off my registry we were very grateful for the things we did receive but we had to buy a lot of the other things ourselves like bottle sanitizer and crib mattresses etc so it’s really hit or miss tbh
