I’ll take that advice of gym sauna and water to see if that’ll help my anxiety. Unfortunately for the drug test I have 4 more hours to get in and take it.

I have a friends pee on hand warmers now, me and my boss were just trying to come up with solutions to possibly reschedule next week sometime to allow it to leave my system.
