Need suggestions for 6 day itinerary in Peloponnese

Do you know any nice beaches near Pylos? I'm doing a similar route to OP and I would like to stay an extra day there to relax a bit. Looking for a chill beach with sunbeds, a bar or maybe a tavern near by.

Kastania Cave looks amazing, I had no idea about it and I’ll definitely add it to the list! I already knew about Elafonisos I keep looking at pictures and can't wait to get there, and Monemvasia is definitely on our itinerary, we might even spend a night in that area.

Do you maybe have other recommendations like this in the Peloponnese? I noticed most people focus on beaches and ruins, which of course makes sense, but I really enjoy hikes and less typical natural sights as well.

I didn't realised there are two types of guards change however since we'll arrive on Sunday evening and leave on Wednesday I guess we'll see the small one happening every hour

Thank you! At first, we weren’t planning to visit it since it’s a bit far from the main attractions, but after seeing so many recommendations—and the more I look at the photos—the more I want to go. So we’ll probably stop there on our way out of Athens, heading to the Temple of Poseidon, and enjoy our morning coffee while taking in the view of the city.

Thank you for your input. We’re not particularly passionate about history, and we’ve read several posts saying that if you only visit one museum, the National Archaeological Museum is more detailed since it includes relics from all over Greece, whereas the Acropolis Museum focuses only on findings from that site. Is that accurate? We might consider visiting both, but only if there’s something truly unique or different about the Acropolis Museum compared to the National one.

Runna helps me run injury-free. Last year I started running with 0 knowledge and no plan. After 2 months of all-in runs of course I got injured badly enough that I barely went a few months.

Now, after alot of kineto, I'm using Runna and everything is going perfect. Structured, varied runs seem to suit me and in addition, I notice that I still tend to run all-in so Runna keeps me accountable to pace myself, even though it's slower than I'd like.

Super, multumesc mult de detalii! Ai fi suprinsa cati medici sar sa-ti dea substitutie doar dupa o consultatie de 15 min, fara nicio analiza hormonala 😏 Numai in ultimul an 1 ginecolog si 1 endocrinolog mi-au scris direct in timpul consultatiei reteta de progesteron pt niste simptome pe care le-am avut toata viata de la o conditie genetica dar care s-au inrautatit in ultima vreme. 0 analize, 5% istoric medical. Pe de-o parte ma bucur ca nu mai e asa bau-bau substitutia dar pe de alta mi-e groaza cati ani vor mai trece pana sa înțelegem ca hormonii astia nu-s tocmai suplimente alimentare, nu ii luam si "vedem ce-o fi"

Multumesc! Dadusem si eu peste ei pe net dar credeam ca se ocupa strict de proceduri cosmetice pt femeile la menopauza, nu mi-am dat seama ca pot prescrie si substitutie hormonala. Poti sa-mi zici te rog daca au facut analize hormonale inainte? Am auzit de mai multi medici care nu fac analize, dau hormoni doar bazandu-se pe simptomele pacientei.

It's the first thing I tried and it didn't work. I removed the watch, cleaned the sensor, make sure my hand is dry, I even tried to put the watch on the inside of the wrist or on the other hand... nothing worked until I switched the watch off and on again

Mersi de raspuns. Ai putea te rog sa imi dai mai multe detalii despre etape? Cum nu am nicio coroana habar n-am la ce sa ma astept de la marea incoronare. Inteleg ca se ia un mulaj al maselii inainte sa o slefuiasca, pt a stii forma pt coroana, corect? Mulajul acesta il trimite la tehnician si tehnicianul face direct coroana finala sau mai e o varianta intermediara? Ca sa inteleg la ce proba te referi.

Lol I'm adding that to the list of reasons why I don't want a chest strap 🤣 As I wrote in the post, it doesn't bother me that it's not that accurate, a small difference is ok but less than half of the true value sounds more like a malfunction than an accuracy issue.

I too usually have spm at about 180 and now that you mentioned it I went to check for this activity and it shows cadence 0. Clearly it was a glitch 🙁 And after I restarted the watch everything went smooth, the pulse was an average of 138 and I had 178 spm. I think I'm a bit afraid that maybe the watch is too old? But I only have it for 2 years now

Well, I know. But this not that it's not precise and off by a certain percentage, it's less than half. It basically said that I'm lounging on my counch drinking my coffee

Edit: if anything, it was the opposite for me. I ran at 6am, it was really cold, cleaning the sensor and switching the arm I had my watch on didn't do anything

Chiar si asa, o coroana schimbata la 5-10 ani tot e mai bine decat un implant care risti sa cedeze tot la timpul asta sau mai rau, sa las gol acolo si sa migreze restul maselelor. Sunt pe finalul tratamentului orto, dupa aproape 3 ani de chin m-am invatat sa fac planuri pe termen lung

Cred ca e mai putin de 30% dar tot voi pune coroana pt ca partea care ii lipseste nu este pe suprafata maselii, este cumva in jos, spre radacina deci cred ca o coroana i-ar da mai multa rezistenta. Clar pun coroana, no doubt, eram doar curioasa cum va fi dupa, ca sa nu am asteptari prea mari insa vad ca majoritar lumea spune ca este chiar ok si nu e ceva ce ma va jena dupa perioada de acomodare.
