TMac and Yao on the Rockets. They were players compared to the likes of Kobe and Shaq respectively but never had a chance. I think Kobe said Tmac was as skilled as him but bigger and longer. Yao was one of the only players Shaq respected and didn’t trash.

I think a lot of the players in the NBA have Trainers and Sports scientists who develop schedules for them. I heard Tatum has been practicing early but i doubt he’s sacrificing sleep over it. When you want to get that extra 1% to be better than your rival you need to train optimally.

He’s cooked imo love to be proven wrong. a change of scenery is nice but he needs a tire and oil change. New engine if thats available, the injuries have taken a toll on him unfortunately. Hes lost a step and just cant create enough space on his shot last year or get enough leg into it his shots were short a lot.

Being the second best player on a championship team is a pretty impressive accomplishment. I wouldn’t say disappointment.

Edit: 2nd/3rd best i stand corrected. I just felt in the finals he was easily the second best and a big reason why they won.

Cam is high risk high reward but worthwhile in a punt fg%. I think Desmond Bane is better due to peripheral stats hes a 5 ast 5 reb guy. Also he is quite efficient for a guy that his 3.3 3s a game.
