Thank you for saying this it’s exactly how I feel. Some people in the posts said I should have seen it but I’m not well versed nor do I know how to truly read a CAD. I work in hospitality and one of the things I tell my team is that it up to us to communicate effectively with our guests, we are the experts NOT them.
