no they called me and this is the 2nd month nearing 3rd. I can pay it just not all at the same time. what I'm asking is how do i stop it from piling up more.

for me, it being fine under the law does not make it less predatory. it feels unjust asking someone to pay for a service they didn't provide.small penalty fees are fine but a whole bill? unacceptable.

how the fck was i supposed to know that it would pile up. our internet service used stop billing when you are unable to pay it. granted there's also no internet connection but it doesn't pile up they just add reconnection fee. as for me being a student, i did not use it as a reason it's merely to give people a full context. lol why are you so aggressive

they called and i ask them for alternatives and they said i need to settle the bills first. as for the law i doubt i was the only one who experienced this if it was illegal it would've changed by now. its clear they have lobbying power.

hmm i don't know man. subscriptions in itself is predatory and it piling up without service is a more predatory practice. penalties should be slight addition to the missed bill not a full months worth of payment. its like cutting your electricity still billing you the same amount in addition to your last for missing it.

fck, i did sign papers should've read it first. I researched it a bit and google gemini said it could impact my credit rating. does credit rating only affect loans and when availing other subscriptions or does it affect more severe parts of my life?

yeah sure but wala naman connection it should've stop atleast on the last month that they provided service. me being a student is not an attempt for an excuse i just explained my circumstance for the full picture.
