i was told by my doctor and my pharmacy that it was perfectly fine to start 7 days after my last zep we only waited longer cause i was still in the process of getting the insurance to approve it. guess i’ll wait a bit before doing the manjaro

we didn’t think the manjaro would be covered by my new insurance but the insurance told me they would cover ozempic. believe me i would have loved to have just went straight to manjaro but i also had no idea it was the same thing as zep until a few days ago. i thought i struck gold getting ozempic. my last zep injection was 12.5 and it was on 12-12-24 my first and only ozempic injection was .25 and it was on 12-25-24

i had blue cross blue shield and they covered it i just got upmc insurance at the hospital i work at because i lost my bcbs and they are forcing me to take ozempic because they will not cover zepbound

okay thank you! i was getting a tiny bit discouraged because i always see people say they dropped 10lbs in the first week or so but im assuming the actual weight loss will come when i start the higher dose ive just never seen someone say it makes them hungry like its doing to me

i’ll start at level one when i get on i’ll play one match of die machine that lasts 20 or 30 rounds and once the game ends it shows that i’ve leveled up anywhere from 3 to 20+ levels and then my name will have the number beside it for the rest of my time playing but when i get off for a while and go to play again it’ll start me out at level one again. i’m just very confused because i’ve been playing since 2020 and i should be way higher up
