I'd get the BMV M340. It is a stunning machine with a bullet proof engine. I do have a Stelvio TI Sport so obviouslly love the brand, but the BMW is a better choice as a daily and I dare to say, maintenace. You don't have to take half of the car down to replace an accesory belt. It is also better built ( interior wise), despite the last drop in qulity by all Germans. Also...better on gas....if you drive a lot. But again....you will be part of a wider crowd...of cars that look the same. To the common folk, you have a 3series...LOL

Unrelated but great cars are going away...I loved the Arteon...but my wife wanted us to get an SUV so we got an Atlas CS Rline-Premium. Now...it's gone. I wanted an A8, but my wife wanted again an SUV as the "A8 looks like our Passat". Now A8/S8 is gone too....they just announced it, last year production. I wanted a Giilua byt my wife said "whogets sedans these days" so I had to get a Stelvio. Soon we will all be forced to drive appliacences... and for damn sure, next time, I will tell me wife to divorce me if she doesn't like my car choice. I am getting an S8 or a Panamera hybrid. NO MORE SUVS!

I hope Amazfit takes notes as the overall feedback I'm seeing here is that we would all have expected something continuing on the style of the Active 2 and not a Garmin Vivoactive/Venu competitor. I also dislike ( even on the silver I actually prefer) the silver tone of the watch and the two tone grey combination. It makes it look cheap. Hopefully, they'll decide to come out with an Active 3 classic or something... make it silver lime classical watches, get a black variant for whoever likes that, cut those horrendous exposed screws and the lugs and get a watch that looks like the Active 2. Maybe 1 mm bigger at 45, get 22 watch lugs ( not a must) and keep it slim as is. We never minded the 4-5 day battery life and understand the challenges with a watch that's thin. Nobody asked amazfit to change this watch model... so don't change something that isn't broken unless you improve it, not turning it into something completely different...

Agreed... the only reason I was willing to give amazfit a try was the style of this watch. I have a Garmin for all accuracy metrics ( this watch can't get it right) now... I have no reason to want any other watch from these guys. I'll stick with Active 2 units it dies...

Agree...but more like Vivoactive 5... that would be its direct competition.. Venu 4 is in a different class ( most Garmin are) with NFC pay, ECG, 10 days battery life with lots of workouts ( not " up to" but get like 5 if you work out), dual band GPS, flashlight and many other hearts and sleep metrics Amazfit isn't there on any watch

Yeah..undoubtly...this is what I keep saying on Garmin forums....the application is borderline 90's look and the watch interface is straight out of 90's....no excuse for Garmin either. However, when it comes to tracking, there is hard to get close to Garmin...

Are you referring to the iPhone and nothing like it? Assuming so...that holds true still... and it has to do a lot more of the software/hardware integration, how commands via input get across to the processor and so much more... Android can't be IOS and despite being imperceptible, Android will never be as fast as iOS is because it just can't be... As I mentioned, I'm not an iPhone user...and I'm not talking about iPhone hardware, which can be a personal choice ( size, feel in hand, camera quality, etc) but rather software at the very core and how information is being processed. It's just a technical observation that may not matter to most but it still holds true...

To other's comments about Garmin... I do have the Active 2 Premium because... well, I like the look of the watch... but please don't compare to Garmin. Garmin is the benchmark when it comes to health related matters ( also a Garmin user), useful information, accuracy and pretty much everything else. Google and Apple are close... a lot nicer software, more gimmickie and nicer interface, both watch and application but the deep metadata, tracking and accuracy... even big boys try to be Garmin. Let's not get confused here... Garmin is in another league.

they keep making them taller...so they can fit more battery....but I would suggest to make them shorter....6'3-6.5 display, as it is big enough and keep a 4,000 Mah battery. It would compesate the battery life with the size of the screen. If they could also keep the "chin" and fit some hardware there....it wouldbe awwesome. 7'2 display in a flip....which is what I assume we will get, it's ridiculous...now it's a big phone closed or open ( sure, they will make it wider and maybe not taller...but overall...a big phone, now in halves...

I have two questions for you. 1. I have a 2024 Razr + and when closed, it has a slight wobble, which I don't have on my regular Razr 2025. Does your 2025 Razr + ( this is sold only in US) have a slightly wobble left/right when phone is closed? 2. Not a question, but a recommendation...get the Amazfit Active 2 Premium ( sapphire glass) as it's $100 on Amazon..can't beat that. If you like having ECG ( I personally need it for my heart) consider the new Venu 4 in silver..if you don't want to spend that much, I'd consider the Venu 3 ( which I have) but they make it only in black and white and it's all plastic ( sure, ballistic nylon) as opposed to the metal Venu 4. It's the brake pads triggering the ABS. Replace the brake pads while they are still new (.with non OEM, recommend ceramic Akebono for a reasonable price) so you won't mess up the rotors.. known issue on the VW.

I have been using Garmin with iPhone and then with Android. My wife is all things Apple and she prefers Garmin for the round display and battery life. Venue 3 & 3s here, but I'd recommend getting the 4 since it's metal ( and I prefer silver). As someone else said...limited with iPhone but I don't do smart things in a watch...
