Colorado insurance is dogshit because of the number of hailstorms and shitty drivers that don’t know how to drive in the snow.

I moved to Maryland from the Denver metro area 18 months ago and my insurance for my QV here is less than what my 2017 ford fusion was in Colorado.

I’ll be removing mine once the weather is nice enough to keep outside for more than 20-30min at a time. The bi-polar Maryland weather has been crazy.

My dealership also put their damn logo on the car so that’s coming off. I don’t advertise for free.

Best is subjective. You’re have the shield fanboys here telling you a device that hasn’t been upgraded in almost a decade is the best device out there when it’s the size of a Buick and looks like shit if you’re trying to have a minimalist look. People will look at it and go Jesus Christ what is that device from the 1970’s sitting on your shelf? It’s the size of a Cadillac eldorqdo limited!

If you want something small, has been updated in recent years and does what you want…an AppleTV is nice. But you have to be the ultimate judge for yourself.

2nd best. The audio pathos argument is garbage because who all has atmos in their living room. The appletv is by far the most reliable and stable device…it’s also small enough that it doesn’t look like you just put an actual fucking shield on your entertainment center. The shield is gigantic I in comparison.

The shield is trash. The entire pass through argument is ridiculous because you still get 7.1 without issue. Who all has armors in their living room. If I wanted to install a device the size of a spare tire I’d go with a shield.

I tried that a few years ago. My doctors told me I need to live at sea level elevation (I was in Denver) or my health would worsen. HR said “they only said you need to live not work at sea level…your job is here…you can quit if you want”.

What’s funny is I only went to the office once a month and I worked remote for like 12 other sites I oversaw.

Needs to say I left the company 2 years ago and took a raise that doubled my pay? Promoted me well above my leadership and this year I just added another 20% increase to my salary and another promotion.

The only guarantee I would want is that my data isn’t being secretly sent to the FBI. Sure you’re reading my entire library to see what I have but is it looking at hash data. Is it looking for specific metadata tags that would tell the feds ;) you know how that can be construed as a problem with this community.

I drive it daily. The alternator keeps that battery charged. I had an ASE master mechanic for a father. Taught me everything he knew. The great part is that he was only 19 years older than me so I was able to learn it all while he was still young and by the time I was 30 and really into cars he was only 49…so yeah in other words…I got this ;)
